Mix Ingredients for the “Master” recipe from the Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day book in a large bucket (I use recycled ice cream buckets and split the recipe between 2 buckets)
Take 1/2 of the dough from one bucket, shape and let raise again.
Score the loaf and you’re ready to bake!!
